I would like to initiate a movement called Friendly Friday #friendlyfriday. We should be friendly and kind every day but let’s be especially conscious of it on Fridays and try to be more aware of others and make a little bit more of an effort. I challenge everyone reading this today to participate! Open a door for a stranger, grab their shopping cart and take it back for them, smile at everyone you pass and say hello and look them in the eyes, bring a neighbor a treat and check on them to see how they are doing, refrain from gossip or negative thoughts and statements about others and also about yourself! If this was one of your last days on Earth, how would you leave your sparkle? Ready, set, go! Happy Friday everyone!!!
