Frozen Peach Pineapple Strawberry Virgin Bellini

Servings 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 4 peaches, peeled and sliced fresh
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into chunks fresh
  • 5 cups Lemon-Lime soda chilled
  • 1 can frozen pineapple juice concentrate
  • 1-2 cups ice *may not be necessary or much not needed if using frozen strawberries
  • honey or sugar to taste *optional if you like it sweeter

Instructions

  1. Add peaches, frozen pineapple juice, soda, and strawberries and blend.

  2. Then add pineapple chunks and ice and honey or sugar. Serve immediately! If not serving for 5 minutes or 30 minutes, you can put in freezer and then blend for 3 seconds again right before serving.

  3. Garnish with pineapple slice and/or umbrella. Enjoy!
